When you say you changed the flasher, are you talking about the one in the fuse block under the dash or did you actually change the one that is in the middle in behind the console??
If yes to both of those then I would start looking at the flasher switch and turn signal switch to see if you have power coming in and going out.
If you have an '84 I have the wiring digram for the whole car, maybe I can look at it and try to help.
I cant copy it though to show the pages because the book is absolutely huge in size.
I changed the one above the glove box , the one in the fuse box is for the turn signals which works fine my car was built Feb 26 85 . Thanks
