To make a long story short, I stripped my 85 for the paint job, put a complete 86 wiring in it.. but kept the 85 steering wheel.... Now I can't find the right connector for the horn switch.. the only connectors left are the one coming from the horn switch, with purple and black wires, and the other one is coming from underdash with all the orange tape on it, with yellow and black wires.. connectors are not the same size.. and I don't want to cut the wires and bust something up..

the other thing is, when I plugged everything back together, even if the engine is running, if i open the door the "ignition key buzzer" will buzz.. is it normal.. i forgot.. been three years since the car is all torn apart.. soo

Iirc the key buzzer will sound whenever the key in in the lock and the drivers door is open. But it's been ~26 years since my car made that noise.

If the key is fully inserted into the ignition key switch & the driver door is opened, the buzzer should annoy the piss out of you. Well unless you are def or the noise is drowned out by another more annoying loud noise.

Now if only the normal SVOs had normal owners ...

"A common activity or accepted practice that is seen amongst more than 65% of the observed population."

That description certainly puts me in the "not normal" category, but that's how I like it!

okay, so with some research i found out the connectors aren't the same for a 85 and a 86 svo... 85 is a 2wires connector and the 86 is a 4 wires connector ( w/ 2 empty slots).. I jst took an old wiring harness and took a similar 4 wires connector.. and voila. for futur references...
