These aren't perfect but they are what I found for oil cooler lines for my late 85/86 engine
Dayco A70646
Dayco B87603
The bottom holes for the coolant loop were bigger than what attaches to the steel lines, perhaps a bit too big but they weren't loose. The larger one needed some trimming on the line end.
I also found a good shape for looping out the heater (not by choice, its one of the things missing on my car) in Dayco B87618
