Pikes Peak International Hill Climb rules change for 2013: no more co driver allowed for safety reasons.
"6.4 Passengers are not permitted within a moving race vehicle at any time the vehicle is inside the Toll Gate. No co-drivers in any class will be permitted. Sidecar passengers on sidecars excluded."
