Suspension Rebuild

Car sat for 10 years and is finally back on the road. Some creaks and squeaks when cornering etc. I'm guessing struts and some other stuff needs to be looked at. New tires and alignment coming up. Also thinking a rebuild of the front end, new struts are what is needed to make it handle/feel like new. Car is not tracked. If you were going to tackle this and keep it relatively cheap, what components would you go with? I don't want to lower the car or mess with track stiff springs etc, but I'm certainly open to poly bushings and similar to make it handle better than new.

Other than SVO specific struts & shocks (which are not cheap!) replace the sway bar bushings and end links with poly parts. The Koni struts are the expensive parts ($400) for both) but they are the only ones that fit properly. I would leave the stock springs.

Thanks - looking at the NPD catalog now and ordering up the poly sway bar bushings and end links. I know the Koni's were replaced within the last 10K miles...but that was over ten year ago before the car sat in a garage for years.
