I was looking at the front end on my 84 svo and it looks like the k member is shifted towards the passenger side of the car .The right front wheel is closer to the fender lip then the drivers side wheel .Is this normal? I have read other posts on fox body mustangs having the same issue. With one side being closer to the fender lip than the other. The car has never been crashed or has any damage that might cause this issue. Am i correct in thinking the kmember is not centered side to side ?I know it is a lot of work to correct but is it possible to slot the k member mounting holes and center it? On the other posts about the fox body mustangs with the same issue nobody really addresed the problem or if their was even a fix .

You cannot accxurately check tro the fenders, muzt check to frame. MM has good write-ups on their site.

You need to check front-rear. And diagonal lengths with the front and rear suspension points.
