Fuel pump

Its been awhile and i couldnt find an answer till after i ebayed the thing.. I picked up a FSVT fuel pump for use in my svo as a cheap replacement two the 2 stock ones.
you may ask, "but the pumps are designed to work differently, why would you think it would work"?
i dont know, im curious if anyone has done this already as ive looked before and its been sitting on my shelf ever since. Plan was to use it to replace the in-tank, ditch the stock(s) and finally get some dual exhaust going. Fp being the only thing holding me back.


Would it work? I already have the 87+ fuelpump bracket thanks to my wonderfull pick and pull

Assuming by "FSVT" you mean Focus SVT, the pumps are a direct swap on 99+ Mustangs so you should be able use it if you pick up the later style hanger and have a connector to plug into the pump since it's different than the SVO connector.
