People complain that the Giant voice system is way too loud, so you can only imagine why they do it via facebook/twitter.

(actual complaints of taps playing at 9pm, base commander moved it to a later time because it woke kids up)

You have to do something to separate from the normal "reports" all day long in the barrio!
