The attached schematic is self explanatory and shows how I wired the SVO's driver side window switch to the Taurus 1 touch express down module. I believe the passenger side is the same (I didn't add it). I think any Ford express down module will work, but I chose the 2nd gen Taurus because they are plentiful at my local JY. I created the schematic in PowerPoint so if you have questions, please send me a PM.

That's a great idea. How big is the actual module and where does it get mounted in the door panel? Thanks.

Nice post. I have used these modules in some of my other vehicles. On the truck the windows can now go down and up with the one touch. Wired in the sunroof to close too. There was a guy over on the SVT Cobra forum that was selling the modules for $10 apiece, now he is at $20. He hits the salvages and has had alot of business! He can't find enough of them.

Are you using a dual-stage switch?

I have done both. On the truck the drivers window and sunroof are one touch open. The modules I have gotten come from many makes and models.

I fabricated a small bracket and mounted the the module inside door frame. See attached pics for the size and dimensions of the part I used. I don't have pics of the install because I did this last summer (2011). Others who have used different brands of modules complain the window goes down too fast and isn't controllable, but I don't seem to have any issues. I tap the button and the window rolls down, I tap it again and it stops. If I hold it up, it rolls up until I release the button.
