As requests have increased for these little wonders, I am working on ordering a new batch.

If anyone is in need of any of these please reply to this thread. I'll make an order in January. I will post the details for pricing in the for sale section after I receive the new batch. I have to see if there has been an increase in the price before I list them.

Are we talking the big ones or the small ones? I need one big one and 2 small ones!

This is the square o-ring that fits between the stock coolant/oil heat exchanger and the block. It fits into the groove on the cooler housing.

My mistake I was thinking of the gaskets for the 90' Merkur adapters. Are these the same as the oil cooler gaskets?

Post some pics here of the Merkur adapter & the original gaskets/o-rings? I haven't seen any of those up close so I wouldn't know for sure if they are the same.

The O-Ring that Mitch has is the larger one that would fit in the third and fifth picture. I would measure and compare the groove depth, width and diameter with the SVO oil cooler before ordering.

The groove measures .130 deep by 2.875 OD, 2.450 ID. I can't measure the gasket because its already on the car.

This may be of some help

OK in metric I get 72.8 OD by 61.8 ID. 5.5 wide and 3.2 deep. They don't match up perfectly that's for sure but dam close. An oil filter gasket drops in the groove with play but it is high enough so it should seal. I guess in spring I might try this way and see.

Bruce, in the original application, you have to massage the thing in to place in the groove. Someone will be measuring the original groove in the heat exchanger within the next few days for you.

Mitch, can buyers save on shipping if they pick them up at Knotts in April?

I will be offering discounts for any of the big shows I'm at in 2013. Right now I'm planning on discounts for Knott's, Roundup (Bellevue, WA) & Sturgis. I'll post pricing details when I hear back from the supplier next year/month.

FYI, the xr4ti cooler to oil filter o-ring is different:

The one in the picture came with the rebuild kit.
