Motorcraft embossed FL-300 filters

I have six of these FL-300 oil filters. These are the same as the one's fitted on the assembly line and are required for competition in MCA Concours Trailered and Thorobred classes. They have "Motorcraft" embossed in the base and the currently available ones, don't. $12 each, shipped

I did not know these existed for the fl300. In the past 17 years of showing my car, maybe once I got dinged for the oil filter. The judging rules also state fl1a filter which clearly does not fit. It's also probably hard to see the end of the filter on the svo. I hear rumblings again the fl300 will be discontinued.

Were the SVO factory installed filters white? On the 93 Cobra's they were a light gray color

I believe they are light grey on all, when they leave the assembly line.

Chris, you have pics of the 27 mile car somewhere. Are there pics of the filter on that CD?

Pat, there are a couple of pics where you can see the filter and it is indeed painted grey.
