Hey,
I am going over to Lacy, Wa. tomorrow to see my son and grandson and the SVO I sold him this year. Anyway, it has started staying at high idle, 2K, and will drop down to idle if the car is turned off and turned back on. It goes back up to 2K pretty quickly and the mileage is sucking on it. I purchased an air bypass and a new TPS for him and will install them tomorrow. Anyway the TPS looks to be adjustable. How do you adjust it? I looked in all of my books and can't find anything. I'm hoping this will take care of the problem. I had the problem very intermittently when I owned the car. Thanks for your help.

To adjust it, you just loosen the mounting screws and rotate the TPS. This changes the closed throttle voltage. You need to target .9-1.0v at idle.
