There is a Yellow SVO (Supposedly) In MN. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this car or know anything about it? That's my only question, thanks

No, but I do like the paint job on that svo. Similar to that of a boss car.

Isn't that the one that Alex Rummel is tied up with? He's got all kinds of pictures of it over on Facebook. I'm not sure what he's up to, he was trying to either buy it or broker a deal on it, the owner was going to take it to the JY.

Well, at least that's the story over on Facebook. ?????

I've seen this car up close a couple years ago. Overall, it was pretty trashed, and it does NOT look good up close. Talked to the owner (young guy - early 20's?), don't remember his name but he had just bought the car and had already slammed the left rear into a post while "wrapping sh**ties." IIRC, the wiring and interior were kinda hacked up too. Is it still in MN?
As bad as it was, I still wouldn't want it to end up in the JY...

Laredo, do you know if the rear-end is repairable? What would you say for one summers work to make it look about a B (A-F grading) in appearance and driveable??

Repairable? - sure. But...cost effective? Maybe. Kinda hard to make that call based on a quick observation and memory from 2 yrs ago. Also depends on how much rust it has. I'd have to see it again to make that assessment. Have you actually seen the car in person?

You'll have to decide that for yourself, I don't know your abilities / skills or time availability. But I would offer this - if you plan on a repair / restoration of this car, better plan on doing all the work yourself to keep the cost in line the value of the car at the end.

I haven't seen it in person yet and I am waiting for a response from the guy...my current svo is all rusted up with torn interior, if this one has fair interior and minimal rust, I'm sure the rest is doable...I can't consider the cost of the car because I would keep the paint like that and not do a full restore so its based on what someone would say...the most important things would be the rust, the body shape and interior...so you remember the interior condition? And how was the paint? I just want to know, I know it degrades but knowing something is better than the nothing I know now
