Why? I see a crank in the photo. Are you not having it cut? Are you dealing with SLOW assistance from sellers?
Standard USEABLE cranks have a premium (as most think they can bolt in and go). BUILDERS usually invest to micropolish (if in spec) BUT often end up cutting undersize.

I would like to know your situation.

P.S. I am currently prepping 351C cranks for Carlisle - but it wouldn't be too much trouble to crate a 2.3 !

My issue is i already bought the STD Bearings for the crank before i even had it pulled so i could swap a 100$ stock crank (all 2.3 cranks are the same correct?)

keep my STD bearings i already have and buy a working crank
or
Machine the crank, return the bearings and order the correct.

While i have had plenty of time to get the work done im in the middle of giving the majority of my money away to my soon X-wife. i think either way its going to cost me about 100$. i need to call my local machine shop and see what they charge.

Now that you explained it - cutting your crank, getting proper bearings makes the most sense ! THat way you control the situation, won't have shipping issues and you don't go down a worse road. TOO MUCH "I have a std crank" - only to find you buy, ship get and SEE the snout or internal threads are buggered! Return the bearings and pay the restocking fee!

Sell it to me for a dollar, in six months Ill decide I cant finish it and you have first dibs on it back for a dollar :) I agree, bearings are cheap if you cant return them and more then likely you wont get a perfect std crank so you'll be machining anyway and getting different bearings. Get it machined and then buy bearings, never know what can happen till its done.

Similar situation took place in Tacoma last year. Guy's ex demanded he sell many items in his garage collection & she collect half the proceeds. He had to list on ebay but he was given no guidlines on how to represent the items. His listings poorly represented everything but they were approved by the courts. His step daughter (ex's daughter) bought most everything from the ebay listings cheap! He had no idea she was bidding. She did it to give everything back to him. The courts approved the sales & the ex went away with half of the proceeds including half a penny which Pat paid for one damaged SVO wheel.

lucky me my x isnt a total B, she told me i could keep my svo and Mysticobra (haha..) I need to fix the svo to keep miles off the cobra and get 3mpg better gas milage lol

sorry my fun game turned into a rant lol
Took my crank and pistons to the machine shop and come to find out the cranks been turned already to .30 over. the crank isnt good anymore because of different reasons. one of my pistons is trashed as well since it is galled on one of the skirts. still sticking with my 300hp goal, saving money is the hard part.
