Speedometer cable drive gear

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this as its not really engine related. Maybe we need a "driveline" section

I plan to replace 4:10 gears with original 3:43's can anyone tell me which speedometer cable drive gear I need to keep the speedometer correct?
