Anyone have an idea what the correct oil fill cap is for a turbo coupe valve cover. I'm assuming that's what it's from. The guy I purchased the engine from said that's what it came out of. Using it on the SVO so I can place my new BOV between the Intercooler and TB. It sets nicely between the relief in the valve cover and behind the oil fill cap. I purchased an oil fill cap from Autozone, but it's the wrong threads. Looked at one at Orielly and it was the same one. Different years have different caps maybe? Very strange.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Ryan

Thanks. Pick and pull sounds like it might be worth a try. The rockauto one looks like the 2.3 ranger cap. Might be the right one maybe worth a try also. I'm thinking I should probably look at the numbers on the block to see if I can figure out what this really came out of. Everything on it looks right for an 88 turbo coupe like the guy said but it's strange that the autozone oil fill cap would be the wrong threads. Not that Autozone is known for being right. Or maybe it's just the Autozone I go to. Beware of the red shirts. They especially don't know anything. If anyone on the forum works at Autozone please don't be offended. Really nothing personal.
