Old Seats worth keeping?

So I have a set of old seats that were given to me along with a ton of other SVO parts. The foam and upholstery on them are shot, but the frame appears to be in good shape and I believe that the lumbar support stuff works as well and is all present. My question is are these worth keeping? The back seats seem to be in better shape. All the seats just take up a lot of room and don't stack well. I'd also be open to giving them away if someone needed them since I really don't.

Cloth or leather? If cloth, I'd be interested. Only thing is I'm in California. May need to see cost to ship. As for worth keeping, depends if you want to spend the money to restore them and you need them for your SVO. I believe there are a few vendors that sell replacement covers and foam for a good chunk of change (set of faom is around $200 and leather covers are about $500).

TMI makes complete replacement covers in both cloth and leather, Foam is available also. But its not cheap more like $500 for cloth and something like $700 on the leather.

What other SVO items do you have?

They're cloth. I knew that foam and upholstery were being made, but they're fairly expensive and I don't need them.

As for other parts, I got quite a few parts. Some are useful, others really aren't to me. I'll have to look and see what all I have. I was given a lot of parts and haven't really had a chance to go through all of it. I know I have a center console, not sure on condition, some trim pieces, the slapper bars off of an early car. Not sure what else. The majority of it is in my trailer at the moment.

I don't know what all I have right now, some of it I may keep for my car, but I'll let everyone know when I decide to do a bit of culling of the spare parts.
