knock sensor

Hey guys I am swapping the knock sensor from one intake to another. When I removed the sensor it looks like it has a coating on the threads. Anybody know if this is just thread locker or is it something different (I don't want to screw up the frequency that it sees from the engine). Also does anyone have the correct torque for tightening it? Thanks!

It is just a thread locking compound, equivalent to Loctite 242 (the mild blue stuff) but it's pre-applied and dry during install. I think the factory used a product called VibraTite (http://www.vibra-tite.com/)

13 Ft-Lbs with clean threads and clean washer surfaces.
