Bought a set of wires from Oreilly for the svo. These say OEM replacement and are made in USA by omni spark. 3 wires had 135 degree boots and one was a straight boot. I thought I had a mismatch store says no. Wires taken off were straight boots on all. They work fine only seem to be close to exhaust manifold. I installed straight boot on cyl #3 due to oil lines. Any comments?

I use ford original for all my cars years and never had any problems with fit or break down in quality .

Mike. What is the set you recommend? I remember seeing you post a brand you felt would pretty much never need to be replaced unlike the Motocrafts which have to be replaced if you remove them.

I use a product from Magnecor that uses a spiral-wound wire center core with solid silicone insulation in 10mm and all straight ends. Note that the 10mm cables will NOT fit into the stock wire holders. And they're red.

There's good pics of them in the "Injector Change" article off the main webpage.
