Can anyone tell/show me what wire in the connector at the ECU is the knock sensor signal?

I am installing a Caspers knock gauge and in previous installations one would tap to the signal wire at the harness/ ECU. I don't really see an issue with taping the signal wire at the sensor pigtail, other than possibly causing interference before it gets to the ECU.

Thanks,

Dan

Main page of www.svocop.com, upper right, Useful Links, "SVO EEC Pinouts (http://rothfam.com/svo/reference/PEtoLA.pdf) (thanks to Chris Roth!)" link.

Note the KS signal is a VERY low level signal. Be careful to not load that line, reducing hte signal, into the EEC.

copy that. Just a test. If it works, great. If not....need another gauge to fill my pod.

A clock is always a good fallback.
