Just below the pad on either side of the vents.

Is this swappable with any 80's fox piece?

I want to make a gauge cluster, but do not want to hack up my original equipment.

The part is the same for all Fox models. Only the appearance/finish varies. All SVOs came with the fuzzy flocking finish, some GT models came with a fake Allen-head grill look, others were painted body (interior?) color.
