NOS part#s for a dizzy failure would be cool. Dist gear all the way to the oil pump.

Watch their sales fliers. We often see those "sets" around $225 for shaft and gear set.

Two winters ago I built three turbo motors at the same time. I had ordered and installed M86 pumps when read that the M127 would provide the same volume and pressure as the M86 and required less force to rotate. The engines were still on the stands, so I ordered M127 pumps and the pick up for that pump. I compared the two pumps and the M127 was noticably easier to turn. One of the engines is in my 86 SVO and the M127 is working as advertised. Anything that will reduce the strain on the dist gear is a good thing in my book and the M127 does just that.

If I remember, the price of the pumps were close, but the pickup for the M127 was where the extra cost came into play.
