Is it possible that someone figured a way to get the fogs to turn on with the parking lights?

you would need a relay with an entirely different topology

Sure - just add a separate switch and relay.

But I have to ask: Why??

But I have to ask: Why??rains a bunch here (unlike AZ) thought it would be nice to have the fogs on W/O the headlights during the day. Though maybe someone else solved this?
