The car has new volt reg, battery, alt, coil, starter, ign switch, starter relay. The problem is it won't start on the first try like it use to. I have to turn the key 2-3 times then it will start. I'm also having a issue with the battery draining if I leave it hooked up for more than a few hours. Any help would be great thanks.

The 23 cranking cycles sounds like a fuel pressure issue. Get a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what the pressure is.
Aftermarket radio? Any new or non-stock electronics added? Any interior or underhood lights left on?

After market stero so I took the fuse out. I also have been running my cooling fan on a switch so I unhooked it also to see what it does.

I think I just found my problem. It's the big yellow wire coming off the starter solinoid.

A stock big yellow wire? Of an added wire for the aftermarket radio?
