Ok guys go easy on me for not knowing this stuff already. I was told when i got my 86 that it has sn95 front lower control arms and that is why i have such bad camber on my front tires. I took a couple of pictures today and then realized after getting on here that my problem might also be my struts? I didn't get a picture of it but when i looked at the top of the tire it is so close to the strut that it is almost touching. I honestly don't know how it isn't rubbing the tire. What are my options here? I want to do the maximum motorsports k member and arms later down the road when i can afford it but for now will the adjustable caster camber plates get my alignment back in check?

Why do you think the tyre is rubbing the strut?
I do not know what lower arms those are from, but they are not SVO lower arms.
What spindle/hubs/brakes are on there? Take a wheel off and snap some pics.

I will try and get some pictures when i can. I was trying, unsuccessfully today to get the stinger exhaust on and this is just something i thought i would try to figure out while i was at it. I'm not thinking that the tire is actually rubbing the strut but looking up at it i do not believe i could fit a piece of paper between the tire and the strut at the top.

Have you measured the camber?

SN 95 lower control arms are too long for any fox body, even with adj top plates it hard to get the camber set right. Ford racing used to have new LCA's for 79/93 cars with better bushings and ball joints but they are no longer available. I found a set on e bay awhile back and they show up every so often but they are getting expensive

that's not true.
SN95 arms are the same length as the SVO arms. lots of people run them because they have a better, and replaceable ball joint.

Have you measured the camber?
I have not but it is visually bad plus the tires that were on it when i got the car were perfect tread all the way across the front tires except for the very inside inch of the tires that were nothing but belt.

This is what i thought.... Any idea what could be causing the camber issue?

Measure it first so we know how much correction it needs. Stock top strut mount??

I stand corrected...but! Can you run stock SVO springs? I thought the spring cups on the SVO arms are a lot deeper?

I think it is just the camera angle.
Mike i know i will probably get banned for this but i don't know how to accurately measure the camber. Yes it still has the stock top strut mount.
