I have 2 sets of 17" wheels (05 Bullits and 90 something Cobras) and am considering front end and brake upgrades. I really don't want to have to buy different wheels and tires. Are there any options for the stock spindles and wheels? ( I have a spare set of spindles too). My car has H&R sport springs with 245/45/17 tires otherwise the front is completely stock.

Wow I guess not! I do have the 17" wheels on but there must not be anything that upgrades brakes with stock spindles? That leaves me with poly bushings, caster camber plates and a bumpsteer kit. I sure would love to go all in but that's not in my budget. Oh well then I can get a panhard bar with the savings.

I think you can at least get drilled and slotted rotors. But they are still the stock size, and I have never seen a listing for anything bigger.
Maybe someone should check into that and see if something bigger can be made to fit the stock spindles.

You cannot put any larger diameter rotors on the stock spindles without cutting off the caliper mounts.

Slotted/drilled rotors will not improve performance, lol.

You'd need to upgrade to 94/95 spindles, which will allow you to use a great variety of brakes designed for SN95 mustang.
