They pop up on eBay from time to time, the last one was just a few weeks ago. Sold for around $40 iirk. Check with Matt at FMR.

The oem caps are gray, have two mounting holes in the plastic attachment "flange" (not four), and have a flat plastic "strap" to the cap (which typically breaks over time). I will send a pic tonight of an NOS cap.

For an oem or NOS cap, you need to call FMR, they will not be on the website.

Typically the strap breaks over time. Perhaps someday someone will reproduce this part, or at least reproduce the strap.
