Sunroof stowage (storage) bag

If you have your original stowage bag (as Ford calls it) does yours have the metal clips or not?

I believe I have the original bag for my car and it has the clips but have just seen another one without.

Wondering if it's another case of Ford just using what they had available?

IIRC mine doesn't either, but my car is stored right now :( so I can't check. I have been wrong before too.
