Guys,
If anyone has a minute, we could use one measurement of an SVO outer tie rod. Is is important that the tie rod measured be an OEM part if at all possible.
We need the length measurement. This should be measured from the inner face of the tie rod, to the center of the tie rod stud, at right angles to the stud centerline.

I'll have to see if I have some in my pile of SVO suspension parts. If I do, I'll post pics of the measurements with calipers in the morning.

Jack, can you give us a hint of what you're working on??

Nothing exciting. Just need the dimension to confirm which of our bumpsteer kits fits best on a stock SVO.

Jack,
I wasn't real sure what measurement you needed. See the attached pics of what I measured...63456346

Awesome! Thanks.
That is exactly what I needed. The MMTR-6 tie rod is 5.55" long in comparison.

Correction, the MMTR-6 is not 5.55". It is 6.82" long, so the MMTR-1 or -2 should be used which have a length of 5.92".

Follow up question time.
Does anyone have a stock SVO inner tie rod that they could measure the length of?
Option #1 (prefered)
With the tie rod removed from the steering rack, measure to overall length of the part. Then measure the depth of the counterbore in the end of the tie rod that connects to the steering rack. Subtract the first measurement from the second.
Option #2
Remove the bellows from the rack and slid it back along the inner tie rod about 6". Measure from the end end of the inner tie rod to where it meets the nut on the end of it at the steering rack.

Data from a customer I received shows the inner tie rods to be exactly the same length as a standard Fox inner tie rod.

I went through and measured several sets of rods for both SVO and Stock. They are the same.
