So will the newer twin scroll turbos work on our motors? Any thoughts on that?

Yes, but you'll need a new, different header/collector. Most of them group pairs of cylinders to turbine inlets, like 1/4 and 2/3. And in combination with physically-smaller, more efficient compressor wheels & housing - that make more airflow for their size) it is said to produce some noticeable gains in spool-up characteristics, similar to ball-bearing CHRAs.
Or are you asking about the twin-compressor side thingies? That may turn into a packaging nightmare as a retrofit although probably not as difficult as twin turbos on our small engines.

That is the t4 flange style, which is a relatively huge turbo for our small engines. This is what they look like for the EVO X 4B11T engine:

You can have it built with the T3 flange.
