Please Help?

My car was running awesome. Out of the blue it is running like crap and worsening. It seems like it is missing? Under Moderate throttle it is bucking, lacking power and making a warbling noise out of the exhaust note. I ran codes nothing comes up. Wires, rotor and cap are good. Timing at idle is 30 degrees but drops to 28 with no rhythm. This problem is also intermittent and not heat related. Under steady throttle the rpm is steady but the car is chugging? I am pretty sure my alternator is fine, fuel system checks too. Cleaned VAM and CAC, etc. it runs better at high rpm and almost feels like I could drive thru it but I don't want to push it.

Mine was running bad like that I changer the ECU and it cleared up.

TPS check OK? They can get dead spots.

Ecu and tps check out ok. I am leaning toward ignition? Not sure what the common issues are. I did a bit of reading and see tfi and pip come up but don't want to throw parts at it. How do I test?
