Are these cam specs correct for a factory 86 svo camshaft?

If not, can someone provide me with the correct information?

I don't have the spec sheet but the lift is 400" so I would say no that is not the correct spec sheet. After doing the math that may be the cam specs but the lift is wrong. I multiplied the lift number by 1.6 (rocker ratio) and came up with .390" valve lift which should be a ranger roller spec.
