Another Headlight Question

Ok so my headlights are extremely dim my high beams are worse than your average low beam. I haven't done any voltage drop tests I plan on doing that this weekend. Now my instrument cluster lights do not work either and I was wondering if there was a common issue between the two. My instrument cluster fuse is not receiving power. I looked on mitchell and the only component I see before the fuse is the Headlight switch. What do you guys think?

You could start checking ground connections. Something may be loose.

How old is that headlight switch. I say you're on the right track. While you are at it, install some relays for your fog lights. It will save your new switch from the fate of the old.

My fog lights are shot :( and I'm not sure how old it is the previous owner of my mustang just flipped it and didn't know much about it. And is there a list of common grounds with locations anywhere?
