OK...so I'm putting back in a stock 86 motor.
The wiring harness pictured here has a couple of extra connectors that I dont know where they go. I cant seem to find anything in my diagrams that have these and I cant find anything else to plug them info.

The ones in question are in red letters.

Thanks!

The plug above the Knock Sensor plug is the low pressure switch for the A/C

The other plug that you say has 4 pins in it looks like the EGR vacuum control solenoid, but it only has 2 pins though.

The gray one with 4 pins should have a matching connector on the body harness on the drivers side of the car. I'm pretty sure it carries the Oil Pressure and Oil Level signals back to the cluster.

The other one - I'd have to look at my car. I'm thinking its not the AC as the harness wouldn't reach all the way over to the other side of the engine.....

Next to the KS connector on the far right is the two-wire coolant fan switch sensor connector.

The four-wire grey connector near center should go to the injector harness that connects to the injectors (and dash temp sensor sender).

But I already have this connector that comes from the drivers side fender that connects to the injector wiring harness.

Also the two-wire for the coolant fan switch sensor...the fan is way at the front of the engine. There is no way this connector will reach that far.
