Hi,

Not an SVO, but the plugs should be the same right?

I've started working on the interior on my 84 Capri RS Turbo and I'm running into some issues finding the correct body plugs.

First, I bought the 30-part kit that all the vendors sell, but only about 1/3 of what they include applies to the < 87 cars.

Does anyone have list already made of the part #'s needed to cover all the holes?

Here is what I have so far

Interior:

4 plugs in the front floor boards (2 each side): 4 x 377678 (1") (note the kits sold online only include 2 of these!)
2 plugs in the seat supports (1 each side): 2 x 377949 ( .875") (better have small hands to get these installed!)
2 plugs in the middle of the floorboards (1 each side, between the seat support an back seat area): 2 x 377949 ( .875")
1 plug under the rear, passenger side seat: 377966 (.625")
2 plugs under rear seats, directly above the control arms (TBD - need these. Hole is 1.75")

Engine bay
2, for for each corner on the cowl 383689 (.75")
1, center of the firewall (TBD - need this one)

Hatch
3, 2 on either side of the shock towers, one inside the spare tire: 377949 (.875")
1, oval on the bottom of the spare tire (TBD - need this one, some posts suggest this was covered with tape?)

Thanks for any help,

Chris

The '30 plug' kit is what FMR sells. I hadn't thought to call Matt, I'll try that next.

NPD, CJ, LMR etc. all sell body plugs but you need the part #'s since they don't seem to list online what they are used for. (Though if you have some links to something I missed, I'd appreciate it!)

Thanks,
Chris

Yeah, I know FMR sells the kit, but there might be a possibility that Matt would help you out if there were only a few that you need. I prefer dealing with him over NPD or others when I can. He's just more personal than the large warehouses & is just as fanatical about the foxes as many people here are.
