PCV hose part #'s or sizes

Hi,

Sometime over the last 5 years the hoses from the breather on the block to the PCV to the intake got lost (so far the only things that I KNOW I had that I can't find in the shed.)

So what are the part #'s or sizes on these hoses?

IIRC the hose from the breather to the pcv has a different size on each end and it is a molded hose.
