Merkur Depot Mini Starter

Does anyone have any experience with the high torque mini starter from Merkur Depot? The starter in my 86 went bad so I need a replacement. Is it a fairly high quality starter? It would be nice if it really was lighter than stock, although I have no way to verify this. If this is a bad starter, which one should I get?
