Missing bolt

While installing my newly refurbished OEM brown tops, it appears that I am missing the aft manifold bolt that looks like it picks up a tab for the turbo oil line? Anyone know the bolt type and where I can source one?

Unfortunately I can't help with a spare one, but that location usually uses a screw with a stud and nut to hold the lifting eye and oil line in place. The screw is listed as an M10 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 81.0 and described as a 'stud hex shoulder' fastener, and there are (3) of them along the top of the manifold, the other 2 hold the lower intercooler bracket in place if my memory serves me right. The other manifold screws are M10 x 1.5 x 55, where M10 = diameter, 1.5 = thread pitch of 1.5mm and 55 = length of screw from tip to under the head in mm. You could technically put the clip under the head of the screw if you can't get one with a stud/nut. Tightening torque is 16-23 lb-ft for the exhaust manifold screws for reference as well.

Is it possible the area around cyl 4 (rear) will leak without that rear bolt/stud in place.

More important is the hard oil line MUST be supported at the center due to excessive vibration of this engine. The lines (tubes) have a tendency to crack near the work-hardened ( flared ) ends with too much vibration. I also don't like to bolt that brace directly to the manifold with a bolt. The factor bolt/stud places it about 0.5" away from the manifold face - where it's at least somewhat cooler than right up against the manifold casting.

Another very good reason to only run fully synthetic engine oil.
