Onionhead bumpstops

I am replacing the onionheads with Steeda caster/camber plates. I have removed the dust shields and can see the rubber bumpstops but they seem to be pretty firmly attached to the head. Are they bonded to the head or can I remove them intact with a little persuasion?

They are bonded. Get a set of bump stops from Maximum Motorsports.
