If this is in the wrong place I'm sorry, I wasnt sure if it should go under suspension or brakes.

I am trying to remove the axles, the bolt going through the pin between the axles broke off. It is not tight and I can spin it freely but then I get to a point where I can no longer grab hold of it to turn it the rest of the way out. It is still in about a 1/4".

Does anyone have any ideas on how to spin it out the rest of the way??? I cant go straight in because of the bearing caps, and the bolt is so small and hardened that I cant drill it or even put a slot in it with a chisel to use a small screwdriver.

Large magnet and a large nail.

Touch the blunt end of the nail (may need to ground down the pointed end to make it more blunt) to the broken pin, then touch the magnet to the exposed end of the nail. They will [magically] become one. Extract the three-piece set slowly.

Consume celebratory beer or other chilled beverage.
