Question on OEM Springs

I have a set of factory springs that came with my SVO that I'm gonna put back in the car and remove the Eibach springs that are in there now.Do the springs need to be put back in on the original side? What I mean do I have to figure out which front spring or rear spring goes on which side? The passenger or the driver? Does it make a difference? Another question, How do I tell the difference from the rear and front springs? 2 have a tapered or smaller coil on one side.(fronts?) Thanks Mike

Sides don't matter to the springs, they are just front/rear no left/right position. The longer/heavier coils are for up front with the thinner/lighter coils out back. The smaller coil on the one side of the springs matches up the lower trailing arm in the rear of the car. The orientation of the front springs is set by the a-arm pocket, just line up the end of the wire to the end of the pocket depression. On the rear it is always recommended to have the small end wire tip pointing toward the driver's side of the car. Here are some pics of my stock springs next to Eibach Pro's for reference.

Svono50. Thanks for the info and visual assistance. I have to see if they are in with the Eibach springs but if not are the rubber components available? There are no isolators with my stock springs

Don't know if the rubber isolators are available. Poly isolators are most definitely still available.

BrianM. Thanks haven't gotten a chance to look underneath to see if they were reused. If not who carries the poly?

If you need isolators are available at NPD I got mine from there when re installed back to the car.
