vacuum lines on turbo

I see three vacuum lines on my turbo. Two of them go to a small round device on the inner fender. Is that the boost control solenoid? If it is, can I bypass it and plug the two outlets on the turbo??
Also where does the vacuum line for the boost gauge come thru the firewall at??

can you plug them and bypass it...yes but dont.

IIRC look for black vac line with a red stripe. it should be going into the firewall along the tray at the top of firewall. (but I am not 100% sure)

Changing the hose routing on the turbo totally depends on what you;re attempting to accomplish. If you block the ports to/from the BCS (two hoses) at the turbo you'll limit max boost pressure to the wastegate value. If you remove the hose between the compressor outlet fitting and the wastegate diaphragm then you will need new spark plugs every five miles, or as soon as boost climbs above 25 (there will ne no limiting of boost pressure).

So what are you wanting to do:

The hose that goes from the vacuum/pressure tree on the firewall to the bosot gauge in the dash is attached (internal to the electrical harness. Look here for some pics:
