Have documented conversation if needed, bought a dipstick tube from svopony, (posted in the wanted) agreed on price and shipping, paid him via paypal, never heard another word. Contacted him twice about it, no word, and he has been online twice since I have contacted.
If someone knows him, let him know. I just want my part. If not, then further actions will be taken. Really hate that this has happened, I have never once had trouble buying anywhere 2.3 related.
