It has been three years since I had the main and rod bearings decide to head south for vacation! About a month ago I got her back up and running! Here is a list of what I have done...
Beanmanheaders.com twin-scroll stainless steel header (T3 flange), Holset WH1C w/8blade compressor wheel, Isuzu NPR Front Mount Intercooler, Precision 46mm external wastegate (dumping to atmosphere for now, will be piping it back to DP this week), Stinger Gillis manual boost controller, Stinger dual-piston Blow-Off valve, Stinger 3" downpipe and full 3" to two 2.5" Dynomax Ultraflow mufflers. ECU is 88 Tbird LA3, 35# injectors, single in-tank 255LPH pump (converted from factory 2-pump config), stock 86 box-style upper and lower intake (will soon be switching to gutted upper and knife-edged / ported lower with 55 #/hr injectors). ECU will be swapped to Stinger PiMP megasquirt setup after AEM wideband is installed. Current camshaft is a Ranger Roller, soon to be converted to a Schneider Racing Stage 2 full hydraulic roller with new Schneider Racing matching drop-in valve springs. Transmission is a factory stocker SVO T-5 with Valeo clutch (for now), aluminum driveshaft and factory 3.73 geared 7.5" (will be swapping in 3.73" geared 8.8" in the spring) rear end)
She runs pretty good. Just need to get that WG dump piped back into the DP and AEM wideband installed and I will switch to my PiMP ECU and scrap the VAM.
I can't wait till I can drive her every day!!! :-)
