assymetrical tires

Is anyone running asymmetrical tread tires on a stock suspension?? If so, do you like the tires, and if not why??

I found a used set of Eagle GT's for a decent price but they have an asymmetrical tread.

I am running Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric tires on my 85, the only difference from stock is I am using H&R Springs which lower the car an inch or so. They run great I use them for everyday driving in Arizona and have used them for autocross also. This would not be considered an all season tire they are sold as max performance summer tires. I would not consider this change anything that would be negative or even noticeable. I went with P235/45/17's as pictured in my Avatar on 2005-2009 Mustang 17" rims.
