Hello,
I've put the dash clips up on Shapeways in beta. It will be printed in scintillated nylon, and is quite durable. It will have some stepping (the curves won't be perfectly smooth) and it will be a bit rougher than the originals.
I'm not sure if the originals were injected nylon or acrylic (my guess is nylon).
If you find something to fix, I'll send you one of the fixed ones for free.
