Auburn diff?

Still searching for an 8.8 for my '86 so I can go with the M&M torque arm. Found one today on the local Mustang club site from a 93 Cobra. Seller says it has an Auburn diff. Read some mixed reviews on various sites / forums. Anyone here have first hand experience with these (good or bad) or recommendations?

Run it till it breaks, if it breaks. For the autocross you can then go with the Torsen or Trutrac. 93 Cobra is 4 lug.

My 99 Steeda Q400 had an Auburn differential, it was fabulous. I sold the car last year with nearly 70k miles many of them on the track. No issues, great performance!
