If you have been following the forum you know that Scott of MuscleCarReasearch is actively working on a kit for our cars. While I can't say the price for sure most of his kits come in under $20 and are comprehensive.
What is going to work best for both us and Scott?
Price at 2015 price, choose type of shipping (and pay full amount) and have a vendor source (NPD etc)
Price with a discount for a "group buy" limit time and commit to number of kits produced (Here only)
One time discount offer with shipping included (48 states) held to a figure (Third party shipper EVERYONE gets the same week)

P.S. PERSONALLY I would like to keep it $25 and under ! I have two other items that maybe offered en group on SVO's this year. I think $20 is easier for most to pay, mail or consider for purchase than say $39.95 (just because Ford says sell for $40)
