Rebuilding/restoring slapper bar pads?

Any advice for how to restore these pads? There are four different ones, each with different problems :)

There are some NOS ones on eBay.

Theres a part number on the side of it. Check with the Ford dealer and see if he can find you some new ones lying around on a dealer shelf somewhere.
