Mine broke, and the local hose builder can't get a tight enough radius with their dies to recreate it.

yimminy yeagers, is there anyone online, any vendor someone has built one with, that can build one for me this week?

This is the one that hooks up and bends right over the exhaust manifold, so if anyone thinks a soft line solution will work, I can get that built.

Thanks in advance,

... so if anyone thinks a soft line solution will work, I can get that built. By "soft line" you mean teflon, rubber, neoprene, etc? I wouldn't expect that material to last more than several hours of operation. It's inches away from a 1600 F exhaust manifold.

Or do you mean a soft metal, such as copper? 1/2" thin wall copper would work fine - but you'll still need a 1.5" or so radius bender for 1/2 tubing.

There area a couple tube making companies that have the diagrams/specs/patterns for these tubes but I have no idea who they are or if they would make a run of one tube. NYEric might know who has the patterns.

Phoenix Tube did the job just fine. A hour of travel for me, but its good to have it.

$40, I'll get a picture of it in. They did the right job, no doubt about that.

Picture?? Sounds like a good source for that part, are they able to make more?

I will get one. I'm still learning these new phones.

It was a walk in, "hey can you recreate this for me" kind of thing. I suppose they could do a whole run of them, I just didn't ask.
